It started with a craving

Stemmed from a desire to satisfy his girlfriend’s sweet tooth, Elijah was inspired to create his first Nutella Pie for her. This led to the inception of Elijah Pies in 2014, with the Nutella Pie being the first flavour on our menu and our bestseller since.

A treasure trove of artisanal pies

Anchored on his belief that the pies he bakes bring people closer and are best enjoyed together, Elijah continued to experiment with new flavours that are relatable, familiar, yet surprising – with influences from his childhood memories, everyday experiences and travels.

In the past 8 years, Elijah Pies has since carefully curated over 40 original pie creations, including its signatures like Wild Berry Lavender, Raspberry Ripple and Speculoos Hojicha.
